Shipping & Processing

Standard flat rate shipping is $5 per order. I do offer "RUSH" Shipping (standard processing time + additional cost for express shipping. (24-48 processing time)
I am not responsible for shipping carrier issues (weather/holidays/customs). Once the order has been shipped it is no longer my responsibility. You will be provided a tracking number.
Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent. If sent to the wrong address, the customer must pay the standard $5 for a reshipment.     

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations/Refunds/Returns
    • Cancellations are excepted within 24 hours of placing an order.
    • No refunds or exchanges due to the orders being custom made. 
    • No refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues, sizing is the customer's full responsibility.
    • If a mistake was made on my part I will do what I can to rectify the situation.
    • No refunds for lost packages. Tracking numbers will be provided.
    • If it's an order containing anything other than nails, please reach out to me and we can discuss a possible exchange.
    • All cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
